  1. Prepare raw materials: cut steel plate or use international size H section steel, angle steel, round tube, round steel, square tube, etc.
  2. Assembly and welding: skilled welders follow detailed drawings to assemble and weld steel members into beams, columns, braces, etc. (First quality check by our quality inspector)
  3. Sandblast: Achieve international 2.5 high-grade rust resistance after welding and polishing. (Secondary quality check)
  4. Paint: Steel members painted in client's choice of color and brand within 2 hours of sandblasting. (Third quality check)
  5. Client inspection: Clients invited to inspect fabricated parts before packing the steel frame.
  6. Packing and loading: Steel structure members packed individually on steel skids and securely tied for loading. (Fourth quality check)
